Bellman-Melcor supplies and manufactures brazing alloys and custom preforms for diverse markets using silver, phos-copper, copper, and aluminum alloys.
ChannelFlux®
ChannelFlux® is a patented family of brazing alloys with an integrated flux system. Flux is activated in advance of the alloy preventing any overflow of material.
Brazing Fluxes
Brazing flux is necessary to prevent oxide formation on the surface of base metals as well as to help with their removal. By preventing oxides, flux reduces surface tension and promotes freely flowing braze alloy.
